Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Check, and Money Order.  We accept purchase orders from school districts as well as individual schools. 

Refunds:
Return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. If the return is caused by an error on our part, we will pay both initial and return shipping.  Paperbacks are non-returnable.

Shipping:
Shipping will usually occur within 2 business days after order placement. Larger orders (>10 books) may require one or more additional days for preparation for shipment, depending on the quantity. Shipping is US only via US Postal Service. Standard (normal) media mail is $3.95 for first book, and $2.00 for each additional book. Media Mail can take 5 - 21 business days after shipment to arrive, 6-10 on average (except Alaska and Hawaii which can take up to 4 weeks). Priority Mail will arrive in 4-8 days after shipment, and is 9.5 % of the total order.
