FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Q. What is the condition of a "USED" book? A. A used book can have minor cover wear as well as limited highlighting and writing. The binding must be intact. PLEASE NOTE: We do not except damaged books. "Damaged" books are books that contain excessive water damage, mold, and/or staining, as well as torn or missing pages. Books that are deemed "Damaged" will not be returned to the customer. Q. Do you purchase books if the CD is missing, damaged or used? A. Yes, we do purchase books without the CD. Q. What if you never receive my books? A. If you have not received confirmation that we received your package within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at customerservice@bksmart.net Q. How much time do I have to send in my books? A. You should send your books immediately. We only guarantee the price of your quote if you mail the books within 7 calendar days of your quote. After 6 weeks your order will be cancelled. Q. How long does it take my books to arrive? A. Media mail can take from one to three weeks to arrive at our location. If you would like to track your package, you may purchase delivery confirmation when you drop off your package at the USPS. |
